How much does 3D scanning cost?
Construction scans are priced per square foot: our Standard tier starts at $0.15/sf, Premium at $0.50/sf, and Ultra at $1.00/sf, with square-footage minimums. Showroom tours are quoted to scope based on floor size and tagging. See the packages page for the full breakdown.
When should I schedule a pre-drywall scan?
Book the scan after rough-in inspections clear and before insulation and drywall go up — that is the only window where every mechanical, stack, and service run is still visible. We hold same-week and next-day slots for GTA builders working to tight drywall starts.
How long does a scan take on site?
A single scan technician handles the visit. Construction scans take 4 to 12 hours depending on home size; showroom scans take 1 to 5 days depending on floor size. We capture 50 to 500+ positions and work around active trades or customers without displacing them.
When do I get the finished tour?
On our Standard and Premium packages we deliver a hosted, navigable record in as little as 48 hours of the site visit. Ultra tagged digital-twin deliverables and point-cloud exports (E57, RCP, IFC) follow shortly after.
Do you only scan construction, or showrooms too?
Both. We document construction sites for builders, GCs, architects, and developers, and we build interactive virtual showroom tours for kitchen & bath, furniture, appliance, garden-centre, outdoor, and clothing retailers across the GTA.
What is the difference between your scan and a real-estate marketing tour?
A marketing tour uses 20 to 30 positions to make a space look good. We capture 50 to 500+ positions so the record is dense enough to answer a warranty question or locate a service run years after handoff. We scan for documentation, not just presentation.

Our yard is at 45 Samor Road in midtown Toronto. We regularly scan in Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville, Burlington, and Caledon, and we travel for multi-site builders and showroom groups across the wider GTA and Southern Ontario.
