Scope the visit
You tell us the project type — a construction site or a showroom floor — the square footage, and your schedule. We confirm the scan density, deliverables, and a date that lands inside your window.

Scan on site
A single scan technician captures the space — typically 50–500+ positions on a custom home — working around active trades or customers without displacing them. Construction scans run 4 to 12 hours depending on size; showroom scans run 1 to 5 days depending on size.

Register and process
We register the scans into a single navigable model, colour-correct, and (when requested) export engineering-grade point clouds in E57, RCP, or IFC.

Tag and annotate
On the Ultra package — or as an add-on to Standard and Premium — we tag mechanicals, fixtures, finishes, or products, linking each to specs, warranty docs, spec sheets, or buy-now links.

Deliver and host
On Standard and Premium packages you get a private, branded share link in as little as 48 hours — plus any point-cloud or as-built files your design team needs. Ultra digital-twin deliverables follow shortly after.
